A smaller course. An equally serious family rivalry.
Eighteen holes of miniature golf and a driving range beside a meadow make this a relaxed stop in the middle of Graeagle. Beginners can putt without the formality of a full round, while golfers can hit a bucket before heading to a bigger course. The Mountain Frostee next door makes the post-round treat especially easy.
Look a little closer
Play an eighteen-hole mini-golf round beneath the pines.
Buy a bucket at the driving range if the group wants to practice.
Pair the outing with a milkshake, lunch, or a stroll through the village.
Host tip: Let everyone pick a ball, keep score if that is your group’s style, and end next door with a treat. It is an easy way to include people who are not interested in a championship golf round.
Getting there: 7707 Highway 89, Blairsden-Graeagle. Check the operator’s current hours, prices, and weather notices. The center reduces hours outside peak summer and closes for winter.
Before you go: Mini golf and range balls are separate paid activities. Seasonal hours may be shorter than nearby restaurants or shops. Check directly before setting the day around a visit, particularly in spring and fall.
