This website provides information about The Lost Sierra Lodge, our accommodations and amenities, local attractions, direct-booking opportunities, and special guest experiences. These terms govern website use. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy and any separate reservation agreements or activity rules.
Website use & property information
You may use this website for legitimate personal purposes, including researching accommodations, planning activities, contacting the Lodge, and accessing reservations. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or attempt unauthorized access.
We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, photographs, amenities, and property information accurate. Furnishings, equipment, seasonal features, services, and availability may change. Website information does not replace the details and terms confirmed during booking.
Reservations, pricing & payments
Direct reservations are offered through Hospitable. Nightly rates, fees, taxes, availability, payment requirements, and cancellation conditions are presented in the applicable booking process. Rates and availability may change before confirmation.
An inquiry or an available date does not confirm a reservation. Confirmation follows the booking provider’s procedures and the specific confirmation issued for your stay. The terms accepted during booking, any applicable rental agreement, and the house rules govern the reservation. Third-party platform bookings are also subject to that channel’s terms.
Lodging charges, cleaning or pet fees, taxes, and other applicable charges are identified during booking. Any approved upgrade or additional service with a separate charge will be disclosed before purchase or acceptance. Authorized booking and payment providers handle payments.

Cancellations & reservation questions
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the reservation terms applicable when you book. Review the conditions shown at checkout and in your confirmation. These website terms do not override a confirmed reservation agreement, booking-channel terms, or applicable law.

Occupancy & guest policies
The Lodge accommodates up to ten registered overnight guests and welcomes up to two approved dogs, subject to applicable pet policies. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted.
Guests must follow the occupancy requirements, house rules, and any rental agreement for their reservation. Those documents address noise, smoking, pets, property care, security, and amenities. Review the complete terms provided during booking.
Mountain conditions & activities
Seasonal mountain weather may affect travel, roads, recreation, and local services. Evaluate current conditions and prepare appropriately. Golf, hiking, cycling, fishing, winter sports, and other activities can involve inherent risks.
Local recommendations are informational. They do not guarantee access, hours, availability, suitability, or conditions. Reservation cancellation rights remain subject to the confirmed booking terms and governing law.
Golf Legends Classic
The Golf Legends Classic is a separate seasonal guest competition. Eligibility, registration, scoring, verification, deadlines, prizes, public results, and registration agreements are governed by its separate Official Competition Rules.

Links may lead to independent golf courses, restaurants, attractions, reservation or payment providers, and guidebook services. Unless expressly stated, a listing does not establish ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement. Each provider controls its own prices, availability, policies, and operations.
Original photographs, text, logos, graphics, and branding may be protected by intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected original Lodge content without permission unless another legal right applies. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability, privacy & updates
We aim to maintain a useful, accurate, accessible website, but errors, interruptions, outdated details, or technical difficulties may occur. We may update content, features, and links. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
