Some gather around the pool table. Others settle into the living room, start dinner, or head outside for a soak. With several places to spend time, the Lodge makes it easy to share a trip without spending every moment in the same room.

Cook a proper meal for ten, carry the evening out to the deck, then let the next round of poker decide who makes coffee in the morning. The best part of the itinerary might be the time you leave open.

A family home.
Ready for your next chapter.

Built by our parents in the late 1980s, this house is part of our family’s story. Hosting helps us care for it and share the corner of the Lost Sierra our family has called home for generations.

A FEW DETAILS THAT HELP YOU PLAN

Good to know before you go.

Good to know before you go.

How many people can stay?

Up to ten overnight guests across five bedrooms: two kings, two queens and one full bed. One bedroom is downstairs and four are upstairs. The upstairs primary suite is lofted and open to the pool hall below, with less sound separation than an enclosed bedroom. Air mattresses offer flexibility within the ten-guest maximum.

Can we bring our dogs?

Up to two approved dogs are welcome; a pet fee applies to each dog. Include dogs when planning your reservation and review the pet rules before booking. Contact the hosts if a detail about your group needs clarification.

Where can we park?

The driveway fits six cars, with room for two to three more in the gravel loop. No parking on the main road, gravel walkway, or adjacent log-round patio. RVs and trailers require prior approval.

What are the bathrooms like?

A new standing shower serves the downstairs shared bathroom. Upstairs, the primary suite has its own shower and jetted tub; the shared hall bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

What about cooling and Wi-Fi?

The Lodge does not have air conditioning. Keep that in mind when planning a summer stay. Wi-Fi normally supports everyday browsing and streaming, with speeds that can vary in our mountain setting.

Check dates and rates ↗

How do we book our stay?

Use the availability calendar to choose your dates and review rates, minimum nights and reservation terms. Enter your guest count and include any dogs. Local activities are arranged separately. Contact the hosts before booking if you need help confirming a detail.
