Lost & Found Gravel Festival Guide

The gravel ride becomes a whole weekend. Courses change annually; Challenging at every distance.

LOCAL PHOTOGRAPH / THE LOST SIERRA

The annual Lost & Found brings riders and families into Portola for mountain routes and a festival atmosphere. It is an appealing reason to gather a cycling group at the Lodge and give the weekend room.

Distance: Courses change annually

Effort: Challenging at every distance

Climbing/descending: See the selected current course

Allow: A dedicated event weekend

From the Lodge: About 10 min to Portola

Bike: Gravel bike matched to the course

Plan: Use the organizer’s current edition for dates, course lengths, registration, aid stations, cutoffs, and gear guidance. Previous course files are not a current route plan.

Host tip: Choose the distance around current fitness and technical confidence. Leave space for the post-ride celebration and an easy evening back at the Lodge.

Before you ride: A supported event still includes remote, rough terrain and major effort. Confirm the edition before booking; no future event date is assumed here.
